The GCYO has a great building in Community Drive, Ashmore, 4214. It’s central to everything – shopping centre, the M1 freeway (45-min to Brisbane; 40-min to Coolangatta airport). The building boasts three large (separate rooms with sound-proofing or joined into one large space) rooms covering more than 1600 square metres of space. The GCYO is a great venue for all music organisations and non-music organisations alike.
“The venue we were about to use for our 10-week workshop fell through – we had to get a new venue quickly. I called around and couldn’t get anything, then I remembered the GCYO (I had been there for a concert). I called and they were able to accommodate what we needed straight away – desks, chairs, catering, facilities for 20 laptops – you name it; they had it. Nothing was too much trouble! We’ll be back. Yes, I’d recommend them to any business. They do a great job.”
